Are ghosts real? Or are they just a superstition that only certain people believe in. Personally, I believe in them. Sometimes things happen in life that can’t be explained. From personal experience, I was once playing piano and all of the sudden all of my piano sheets started falling to the ground even though there was no type of air for them to suddenly fall down like that. Also recently, my friend Evelyn was telling me stories about how her house has been seeing paranormal activities recently and her whole family thinks its ghosts. Her family is even looking for new houses because of this situation. Another friend, Jasmine, who lives in the same neighborhood as Evelyn has also been seeing strange things happen in her house. I believe in ghosts but I don’t think I’m that scared of them. Everyone’s opinions on ghosts can come from different places such as religion or science… all of that stuff. In my position, I just believe that sometimes things happen that can’t be explained.

Scary how you tied friends in the same neighborhood having the same paranormal activity. Really adds to the story. Did you know ghosts go as far back as the Mesopotamian religion where people thought spirits went to the Netherworld? Usually we have a Eurocentric perspective of ghosts, but there are all sort of different interpretations. Personally, I don’t believe in ghosts because I haven’t seen any paranormal activity, but I haven’t ruled them out. I do believe in Zodiac signs though because I’ve found my Zodiac sign perfectly aligns with my personality. What are your thoughts about where we go in the afterlife?
