What is the reality of my experience right now?

Because quarantine shifted my sleeping schedule, my eating schedule has been skewed as well. I eat breakfast around noon or late morning and then I eat lunch around 4-5 time frame. This creates complication because my parents then call me to dinner when they get home at 6. Often I would be too full to eat dinner so soon after lunch. Sometimes I even skip lunch because I am too busy studying to eat food. Overall, I seem to be eating less than usual because of the situation. My source of food is not changed as my parents still go to restaurants to order food for the family like we normally do. My grandparents occasionally bring food over for me to eat. I did try cooking meals for the first time. I cooked every one of the 3 meals. For breakfast I made pancakes; for lunch I cooked teriyaki chicken; for dinner I helped my mom make pho(Vietnamese for soup). The chicken was the most fun to make because I was able to do more of the cooking myself, and they were tasty. I think enjoying something that I created gave me a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment. Another possible factor about why I eat less could be because of my lack of exercising which means I burn less calories and do not need to consume much. However, I do not know for sure because my brain still burns calories while studying all day.

A new hobby that I have tried is solving a Rubik’s Cube. I was able to solve in 6 minutes. One week later however, I got bored and went back to my daily studying routine. My head began hurting after working on it for so long. I have a feeling that was another reason I got tired of it. I am hoping one day I can make it to under one minute in solving a Rubik’s cube. I played tennis recently after a full month of studying at home. My body was so out of shape that I immediately began to feel sore. I friend told me this is why I should stretch everyday.
