Japanese Curry

Over the past few weeks of quarantine my family has been trying to cook or make dishes we never made before because of the lack of variety of food. For example, last week my father had attempted to make Japanese curry. It was actually pretty good. It was crazy salty like his other dishes but when eaten with rice, bread, or eggs, it was amazing. The meat was extremely tender and was my favorite part. My siblings and I have been craving curry and we had finally been able to eat it. My brother even reused the leftover curry with instant ramen noodles and created a dish he claimed was amazing. Actually, as I am typing this, he is making it again and is going to let me try it out. Overall, cooking during quarantine has not been bad.
