Another year has come and gone.
As it always had
And will continue to
Forever.

But this year was different.
Likely filled with all types of powerful emotions.
From despair to boredom to hope.
In such a turbulent year of twists and turns, there has been one infallible truth.
Time has moved forward, and we have moved forward with it.

Whether we like it or not, whether we wanted to or not, we have changed as time has forced us to.
The course of time has changed events, people, ourselves- anything that can be changed, will.
There are two ways to look at this.
Waste your extraordinarily short, precious time resisting time and its changes.
Or move with it, move the only way time knows how to move- forward.

Do not think of time as good or bad.
Time does what it does, you choose to make it a friend or a foe.
Learn to make time a teacher
Take what you learned, and make a better tomorrow.
Because tomorrow is coming, whether you like it or not.

This year has taught me, more than anything, to keep moving, struggling, pushing forward.
Every life struggle you have ever faced, and ever will face, will pass.
As the struggles imposed on us by this pass year will also soon pass.
“If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
There is no other option.
