Life Goals

Dear Reader,

During the past year and a half, I’ve learned a lot. Specifically, I learned that your mom is always right, if she says not to trust a person, don’t trust them. When my mom told me this, I listened and I stopped trusting a close friend. But, don’t just stop trusting them, you have to let them know. Here’s the thing, I didn’t have a plan when I did this and it backfired really fast. You see, now that person has dedicated their life to trying to hurt me because I told them that I didn’t think we should be friends anymore. I apologized for doing that, and they didn’t budge, so I decided to not give them any attention from my side and to move on with my life. And that I did, now, I have a chance of fast tracking my life and starting community college two years early, I’m trying really hard to do this. With these college classes, I can transfer to a good university, preferably UCLA, to begin to become an ophthalmologist. I guess what I’m trying to say is, don’t give anyone unworthy your attention, focus on yourself and begin to succeed in every little thing you do.

Sincerely,

Inaya Arain
