Dear Future Anthony,
This past year, I have been starting to care about my physical health a lot more than usual. To explain, during the first half of the quarantine, I was stuck to my chair, whether it was playing games or simply just using my computer, with no care. I noticed that i was getting much weaker and my physical health was draining. I allowed this to go on for some time, but just recently, I decided that I wanted to make a change. I started slow by simply just going outside and playing basketball by myself for about an hour three times a week, but I began falling in love with the sport and was determined to improve. Today, I now play basketball almost every single day, whether its just shooting and practicing by myself, or playing with friends. In addition, I started working out with my uncle in his gym about two to three times a week in an attempt to get stronger, which will make me very happy because in my current state, I am not too strong.
I am writing this letter to my future self in hope that when I see this again, I will have achieved my goals of improving in basketball, physical health, and strength.
