After reading the novel it just made me realize how lucky I am to be in the position I am today. The people who had to go through that were so strong and had a very good mental to get through that. It makes me  think how ungrateful we are because this generation thinks staying at home because of covid is the end of the world. This opened up my eyes because while we are saying staying home is the end of the world while back then our family members were suffering ten times worse than us. We are just so priveleged and I just hope our generation learns to be thankful but Im also scared that its too late because gen z is wild. There needs to be a change in something in order for things to change because the ways things are going racisms will never end and it will be a never ending bloodshed. Its just crazy how I am 17 and I can see the problem and whats wrong with the world and what needs to change.
