One day, Rowl was flying around the park he had come to call home for the past few months. He had recently moved from another forest to a small local park that I had lived close by. Occasionally, people would complain about an annoying bird that kept stealing their food and drinks. At least he was nice enough to throw away his rubbish in the trash however. Eventually he got fed up with the cold nights, and started pestering various humans for help with constructing a birdhouse of sorts. Most people made him out to be an old cranky bird whose life goal was to annoy everyone around him. However, I eventually got fed up enough with him, to try and see what he wanted.
He described to me the extravagant house he wanted in the largest tree within the park. Begrudgingly, I agreed to help him and started gathering some wooden planks for a house that was sufficient for him. IT took roughly two weeks to complete it, but Rowl was ecstatic upon seeing his new house. His attitude had drastically changed towards me specifically, and would occasionally bring me food that he had found off the hands of other people. Generally, he still enjoyed annoying various park visitors, but he has lessened it over time. As of now, he visits me on most weekdays, in which he heads out for the weekend to do whatever it is that birds do. Either way, he’s genuinely a pretty nice bird :>
