As we all should know, recently, Donald J. Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to take RBG’s spot in the Supreme Court, which has become a threat to mainly women, which is odd because she is one. During RBG’s time in the Supreme Court, she has taken major steps into giving women rights in America. Her death created a roadblock in this movement. Since her passing in the end of September, Trump has prepared for this very moment, according to CNBC, “Amy Coney Barrett took her constitutional oath as a Supreme Court justice, swinging the nation’s highest court to a conservative 6-3 majority,” which may be sentencing the whole country to hell. She has all her plans ready, completely against giving women any sort of constitutional rights. Barrett’s election has given President Trump a victory before a soon, hopefully, end to his presidency.

So, you may be wondering what our new Supreme Court Justice, one of the most conservative people plans on doing to “help” make America great again. Well, I’ll tell you, but first, it is significant we know that she believes that the Supreme Court is not designed to solve all problems, so now I’m sure we all are wondering; “should we make these problems worse Amy?” We’ll find out in our near future, but back to her plans, first she plans on taking away abortion rights, yes you read that right, no matter the situation, a woman may not get an abortion. Next, according to The Washington Post, “…she refused to denounce prior writings and statements that, if implemented through the court, could result in a systematic regression of LGBTQ rights.” She is powerful, which would be good if she were to stand with us, not against, many people are fearing their lives now, and it’s all thanks to the person who nominated Barrett, Trump.
