Eat to Live or Live to Eat

No matter what, people are going to find some reason to get out of their houses. The main reason for this is food. In my personal experience, instead of lines at my favorite food places being empty, or less crowded, they are dramatically packed these days. Since most of these restaurants are the select few businesses still continuing during quarantine, people tend to lean more towards going to these places.

Most people would normally want to find good tasting food, no matter what it takes. Instead of finding food to provide for their normal diets, they want to find the best food possible to fulfill their cravings. Of course, we would rather have our cravings satisfied with quality food and beverages rather than bad tasting. Those people who have stocked up on food for quarantine prepared themselves to provide good food to last without going out. Those who still go out to buy food, not from the grocery, are not as cautious and aware of the conditions we should be following. These long lines shouldn’t be a problem.

Do you live to eat or eat to live? And why your answer should be ...

The majority of people in our area are living to eat. Doing whatever it took to get the food they want even it it meant waiting in long lines, or being at the risk of exposure to the disease.

People not taking social distancing seriously in supermarkets and ...

Unrelated to the main point, but Orange County has been graded a D for following the social distancing orders. Although businesses are starting to slowly reopen, who really knows what is going to happen next. I guess we’ll all find out.
