Quaranteen Quandaries

As a teen in quarantine, I honestly have nothing to do. My day seems to consist of just school, Netflix, gummy worms, and naps, but what else is there to do? It seems too far-fetched for us to try and make a difference in the world’s current situation, but it seems too dull to sit back and watch everything happen before our own eyes. In reality, I’m sure we just want to see our friends, to get out of the house, to see someone or something other than the few people we share a roof with. I want to just know that I can make a change, but I just don’t know how. I know I can’t do it alone, but this is a dog. Whose facial expression mirrors my confusion in regards with what to do.

  1. You can cheer up your friends. What do they love, what makes them happy? Send GIFs, send songs, find out what they are struggling with and find a video that has a potential answer. Express gratitude in a public setting. It’s proven to help your mood.
